Delivery Information

We are delivering all our products through our trusted courier companies.

Choose an item you like to buy from our online website store. If the item is available, the product will be dispatched directly to your doorstep.

After purchasing your item(s) on our online website; we will send you a shipping tracking number which you can then track your order.

If the purchased product is more than one in quantity we won’t be able to ship in one shipment, we will ship one item in one package as per shipping courier request.

If you have purchased more than a single fragrance, each fragrance will be packed separately as per the regulations set by the courier company.

If large, heavy, or fragile items. We will send the customer with an insurance claim and extra charges will be applicable.

The shipping ordering process.

If you order products for delivery outside the base region, they may be subject to import duties and taxes or other charges which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The Customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes or other charges. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order. Please note that customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by the customer of any such laws.

When you have selected a delivery method from those offered for your selected shipping destination and customer order has been accepted by us, the order shall be processed by us to dispatch it in accordance with the estimated delivery time set out at Shipping Destinations, Weight, Costs and Delivery estimated Time. Orders received after any specified last order time or received on a day which is not a working day, will be processed on the next working day i.e. (Sunday to Thursday)

As part of the ordering process, the customer will be contacted for delivery of goods by the corresponding courier. Upon placing an order the customer will receive confirmation email in relation to your order. In respect of each of these and any other similar email confirmation, please note that references to shipping; express courier; shipping and handling and any other similar terms relate to the services performed by our shipping courier.

Usually the delivery takes 2 to 20 days depending upon the routes and clearance by different custom laws.

After the order is shipped, the courier can keep your order for a maximum of 20 days and if we cannot get in touch with you after 20 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our e-store. In this case you will receive a refund less shipping and card payment cost.
