A payment can be refunded only if the return request for the product was initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

A payment can be returned only if the returned product is un-open and not damaged in any way. 

If a product is found to be opened once returned, refunds will not be processed. 

Refunds for online payments of non-dispatched products can take 3 to 7 working days to process. 

Online payment refunds can take 10 to 15 working days to process. 

Cash on delivery payments can take 15 to 25 working days to process.
